Stephen Lawrence Day 2023

On 22 April 1993, at the age of just 18, Stephen Lawrence was murdered in an unprovoked racist attack. This incident and the ensuing campaign for justice led by his parents, became a landmark moment in the history of British race relations.

Each year we invite schools from across the nation to produce anti-racism themed artwork in a range of mediums. This year in Scotland, our theme is Speak Out. We are focusing on t-shirt designs, posters and visual arts, written and video submissions from across Primary and Secondary.

3 day Educational club events with Bolton Wanderers Football Club

Show Racism the Red Card teamed up for the second year in a row with Bolton Wanderers FC and Bolton Wanderers in the Community for 3 days of educational events reaching nearly 500 young people from across Bolton.
