#SRtRCSpotlight: SRtRC x Street Soccer

We kicked off a series of workshops with Street Soccer at Powerleague, Portobello. Thanks to National Lottery Awards for All Scotland, we will be delivering workshops to Staff and Players across four regions in Scotland. Focusing on key concepts of anti-racism as well as emphasis on creating a positive inclusive environment, the first sessions have engaged important discussions around these ideas. We are looking forward to continuing this partnership over the coming months with Street Soccer.

Robbie Wood – Regional Manager said of the day:

“Big thanks to Kaela and everyone at Show Racism the red Card for delivering another informative, interesting and educational workshop for a group of adult players and volunteers from Street Soccer Scotland in Edinburgh.”

Paddy Maloney – Volunteer commented:

“I enjoyed the Show racism the Red Card workshop with Kaela at Portobello Powerleague were really interesting and thought provoking and the presentation and debate around subjects like unconscious bias was really interesting.”

Thanks to all at Street Soccer and Awards for All for their work and support on this project.
