Chelsea F.C host Show Racism the Red Card Memorial Football Match – MP’s vs Ex-Pro’s

On Tuesday 14th May, Stamford Bridge will host a memorial football match organised by Show Racism the Red Card, The FA and The PFA in memory of Graham Taylor OBE and Cyrille Regis MBE. The match will see MP’s and former professional footballers play against each other in tribute to both Graham and Cyrille.

 The game will also help raise the awareness of Show Racism the Red Card while at the same time highlighting the work of the organisation and why it is needed in the current climate.

 Ged Grebby, Chief Executive of Show Racism the Red Card, said;

 “The campaign has a great relationship with Chelsea F.C and they have continued to show great support for Show Racism the Red Card season after season. The match is a fitting tribute to two men who played a pivotal role in combatting racism in football and who also worked closely with the campaign over the last 23 years.”
