Overview of educational work delivered by SRtRC Education teams across England
The North-East and South-East Education teams have been delivering educational workshops throughout England during October.
Throughout the month of October the Show Racism the Red Card (England) Education teams worked to collectively deliver practical and imaginative workshops and events across England:
119 hours of workshop activities, excluding assemblies and fun fitness sessions
1,684 pupils participated
16 Primary Schools
3 Secondary Schools
In the North East, the Education team delivered 35 workshops, over 74 hours to a total of 994 school students, across the region in 11 Primary schools.
In the Southern region, the Education team delivered 27 workshops, over 45 hours to a total 690 students, across the south region in 5 Primary schools and 3 Secondary schools.
In addition, the Southern team have delivered presentations to the Kent and Essex Police Equality Conference, at the Southend United Football Club and at the NUT conference in Stoke Rochford.
