Show Racism the Red Card are delighted to announce the agreement of a new partnership with Swansea Council.

The agreement, which will see our education team visit 38 schools and deliver a teacher training conference in the area, signals our charities first foray in Wales’ second City.
It’s great news for the Welsh office, who are hoping to cultivate partnerships with 70% of councils across the principality in the coming academic year.
The newly elected Labour run council made working with SRTRC one of their priorities during their first 100 days and expressed a desire to ensure the partnership is long lasting.
Show Racism the Red Card will be working in partnership with Swansea based EYST (Ethnic Youth Services Team) in the most deprived areas of a City that saw marches from far right groups during the summer – with the hope of turning young people away from joining extremist groups.
The partnership will also see Swansea schools invited along to SRTRC’s annual event at the Liberty Stadium, giving the youngsters a chance to mix with Premier League stars.
