SRtRC Chief Executive Ged Grebby said "Show Racism the Red Card welcome the news that John Terry has been stripped of the England Captaincy. Whilst he is innocent until proven guilty, in most workplaces these allegations would have led to a suspension on full pay".
Yesterday, Show Racism the Red Card patron Jason Roberts spoke in the Guardian about the implications of John Terry playing for England during Euro 2012 whilst the court case remains unresolved.
Jason has been a fervent supporter of our campaign for many years now and was recently interviewed by SRtRC for our new educational film.
