Educators and coaches in the Southern region have been working very hard in June, and getting to some very interesting schools.
Osei Sankofa, Francis Duku and Lionel Morgan went to Germany to work with 6 MOD schools. The young people were really engaged and enjoyed the work "I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank [the educators] for their professionalism and hard work. The students gained a lot from thr day and very much enjoyed the different sessions." - Gloucester School.
They, along with others Luther Blissett, Manisha Tailor, Clint Easton and Steven Kabba, also worked in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire through local contracts and at schools in London.
"Thank you for an excellent day yesterday - the children had a great day and got lots out of it.Thank you and thanks to the staff who came - they were brilliant with the children!" - Elmhurst School
In total with the hard work of the educators and coaches we managed to work with over 1900 students in 18 schools providing a total of 129 classroom hours working with young people on self acceptance, improving knowledge, and talking about the issues that they're really concerned about.
We are very proud to have had such an impact last month and would like to thank our very hard working team of educators.
