Report incidents of racism in Wales

This section of our website forms part of a collaborative project with the Football Association of Wales supported by all the regional Area Associations and leagues to challenge racism in football across Wales at all levels.

This form should be used to report any incident of racism in football in Wales. If your incident has taken place in England please click here to visit KIO report form.

A copy of this incident form will be forwarded to The Football Association and or relevant Area Associations in Wales.

Please note Show Racism the Red Card will not impose any sanctions as this will be the decision of the relevant authorities, however we will endeavour to support any clubs and individuals that have been a victim of racial abuse within football in Wales.
