Lincoln City manager, Danny Cowley, agrees to become patron of Show Racism the Red Card

Show Racism the Red Card are delighted to announce that Lincoln City Football Club manager, Danny Cowley, has agreed to become a patron of the anti-racism educational charity. Danny has been in charge of Lincoln City since May 2016, and earlier this year he led his Lincoln team to their first ever game at Wembley Stadium which they subsequently won 1-0 against Shrewsbury Town FC to clinch the EFL trophy. 

Lincoln City FC manager, Danny Cowley, said;

“Thank you for your letter, your invitation to join the campaign is much appreciated. I would like to accept and become a patron alongside the growing list of members who are giving their support.”

Show Racism the Red Card Chief Executive, Ged Grebby, said; 

“Danny joins a growing list of current Managers who are patrons of our charity including: Roy Hodgson, Mark Robins, Tony Pulis, Paul Lambert, Alex McLeish, Chris Powell, Eddie Howe and Gareth Southgate. We look forward to working with Danny and Lincoln City next season.”
