The Spring Term may almost be over, but the Wales Campaign Team has shown no signs of slowing down. This month our Education Workers have delivered workshops and events in Swansea, Aberystwyth, Pembrokeshire, Torfaen and the Vale of Glamorgan, as well as managing to fit in some work in Cardiff.

Staff training and conferences:
SRtRC delivered a session on unconscious prejudice at the ‘Safe Havens’ Conference, coordinated by Global Learning Programme Wales.
Our staff members also participated in an information evening regarding the Home Office’s PREVENT Programme.
School Creative Arts Competition:
March also marked the deadline for our schools competition in Wales, which saw the most number of entries since the competition began ten years ago.
This year we had 430 competition entries from over 7,000 participants. Overall, 60 schools across Wales were involved.
Not only was the quantity of entries significant, the quality and creativity of the submissions was staggering. Thank you to everyone who was involved and congratulations to the prize winners, we look forward to hosting you at our Awards Ceremony in May.
