Anti-racism education is needed more than ever to combat growing hate crime
"I am passionate about the work of Show Racism the Red Card. Racism has no place in our society. Through education we can challenge attitudes and change minds."
Christine Blower, SRtRC Vice president & former General Secretary, NUT
Show Racism the Red Card is proud to receive growing support for our campaign from Police and Crime Commissioners across England and Steve Rotheram Labour MP.
These photographs not only support SRtRC’s campaign but also show off our new logo and newly designed red cards which celebrate SRtRC 20th Year Anniversary.
Anti-racism education is especially crucial now in light of evidence which suggests a big spike in racist incidents following the recent EU referendum.
If you would like to show your support and promote SRtRC’s campaign by encouraging much needed donations and advertising, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a red card pack.
SRtRC have a number of PCCs across the UK who have support and continue to support our campaign by engaging the SRtRC Education Team to work around combating hate crime. Here is a short film on our work around hate crime which was supported by the Essex Police and Crime Commission:
