Show Racism the Red Card were in Madrid to look at launching the campaign in both Portugal and Spain
Show Racism the Red Card have sister organisations in a whole range of European Countries, including: Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden and Ireland.

Show Racism the Red Card Chief Executive, Ged Grebby, travelled to Madrid with FIFPro Division Europe Vice President, Tony Higgins, to meet with individuals from player’s unions of both Spain and Portugal.
The campaign, Show Racism the Red Card, has been developed in a number of countries in which FIFPro work and the meeting in Madrid looked at utilising the participation of current and former players to combat all forms of racism.
Ged Grebby, Chief Executive of Show Racism the Red Card, said;
“Show Racism the Red Card have sister organisations in a whole range of European Countries, including: Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden and Ireland. Thanks to FIFPro for setting up this meeting between the player’s unions in Spain and Portugal which looked at launching SRtRC in both countries. Myself and Tony Higgins from FIFPro took part in the meeting in Madrid on 10th of February 2016 and look forward to seeing players from both countries supporting Show Racism the Red Card.”
The Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE) will participate again this season and will encourage its members to raise awareness in the fight against racism and xenophobia.
