Overview of educational work delivered by SRtRC Education teams in December
During December Show Racism the Red Card (England) carried out educational workshops throughout England which were delivered by the Education teams in the North-East and South-East.
The SRtRC (England) Education teams worked to collectively deliver constructive and creative workshops and events across England throughout the month of December:
132 hours of workshop activities, excluding assemblies and fun fitness sessions
1,582 pupils participated
7 Primary Schools
4 Middle Schools
3 Secondary School
In the North East, the Education team delivered 25 workshops, over 62 hours to a total of 602 school students, across the region in 2 Primary schools, 4 Middle schools and 1 Secondary school.
In the Southern region, the Education team delivered 35 workshops, over 70 hours to a total 980 students, across the south region in 5 Primary schools and 2 Secondary schools.
Also, during December the South East team delivered 2 hate crime sessions as well as a support session for the PCC pilot project.
