Great support for SRtRC from the Newcastle-based members of Musicians Against Racism
Newcastle’s ‘Boy Jumps Ship’ have announced that they have been chosen to headline the ‘Mapped Out’ Tour which was set-up in 2013 by Generator to promote new music and to help promising new artists and promoters in the UK. Boy Jumps Ship follow in the footsteps of Night Engine and The Ramona Flowers.
Show Racism the Red Card will be promoted at all of the shows as a selection of the campaign’s resources will be available on stalls.
Boy Jumps Ship will release their new single ‘Better Days’ on March 10th, it will be available via download from this date. You can see a video for ‘Better Days’ here.
A SRtRC spokesperson said “We’re very pleased that Boy Jumps Ship has decided to promote the campaign on the Mapped Out tour. They’re great supporters of our work and we’re looking forward to seeing them at The Cluny date in particular. “Show Racism the Red Card began in Newcastle, the city is also the home of Boy Jumps Ship and Generator, who do great work in supporting music in the North East. It’s really good to be part of what will be a tour not to be missed!”
