Leroy Rosenior joins Billy Bragg's Leftfield Stage for a discussion about the threats we face in the fight for equalities
Show Racism the Red Card is proud to be participating in Glastonbury Festival 2011. Billy Bragg, curator of the Left Field stage, has invited SRtRC Education Worker and ex-Professional footballer Leroy Rosenior to speak as part of his Left Field Debates.
Last year our campaign made its Glastonbury debut, with Leroy participating in a lively debate on how to combat the BNP. This year, the focus will be on the negative impact of public spending cuts against our strive for equalities.
If you're at Glastonbury - please join us at the Left Field on Sunday at Midday! In addition to a variety of debates themed around the cuts, Billy is staging a range of top comedians and musicians. Check out the full line up here!*
Show Racism the Red Card met up with Billy Bragg recently to speak about his campaign work with Hope Not Hate and in combating the BNP and EDL. Interview footage will follow shortly so watch this space!
