Four schools from the local area join Posh players for an afternoon of anti-racism education.
Peterborough United hosted a Show Racism the Red Card event on Wednesday afternoon with students from four schools in the city learning about the subject matter.
After a workshop exploring what racism is and the dangers of stereotyping the young people watched the Show Racism the Red Card DVD featuring football stars like Rio Ferdinand, Samuel Eto'o and Thierry Henry who discuss their experiences of racism.
Following this questions were asked by the audience to the panel of Peterborough players and Luther Blissett and prizes were awarded for the best questions. The panel then signed programmes for all of the participating children.
We would like to thank Peterborough United and all the schools for an excellent afternoon.
