Administration Manager - full time
Salary circa £25,000
A new organisation is being set up to build on the good work of the National Association of Disabled Supporters (www.nads.org.uk) in England and Wales across Europe, with the help of a funding award from UEFA.
CAFE are seeking an experienced, dynamic and self motivated Administration Manager. The successful candidate will report directly to and work closely with the CAFE Managing Director who is based in the North West Area.
This full time role will be self-employed and home based. The successful candidate must have access to their own computer and communications. Candidates must be computer literate and have a good understanding of access requirements. Any additional knowledge of access requirements of disabled supporters at sports stadia, and European football governance/structures will be an advantage.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting European Development Officers; providing summary reports of all activities & projects, preparing all papers for Operational and Trustee Boards; day to day administration of CAFE including answering helpline enquiries; maintaining database and website (no programming skills necessary); and organisation of all CAFE meetings, events and conferences.
This role includes foreign travel and the successful candidate should be able to speak (verbal and written) at least 1 further European language.
